Gavin Ward (Managing Director) qualified in 1990 from Chesterfield College of Art and Technology and progressed a successful career with WCEC Architects where he eventually reached Equity Partner status. It was at WCEC where Gavin discovered his love for design, the regeneration of old town centres and working within the retail sector. Eventually Gavin sought new challenges and moved to join Dixon Dawson Chartered Architects as Equity Partner. Here he expanded his knowledge into the residential and motor retail sectors whilst still designing new town centres and space planning for the sub-division of existing retail units due to the downturn in retailer requirements.
From there, he moved to become a main board Director at Dransfield Properties Limited where he oversaw all development projects including the recently completed Fox Valley Retail Centre in Sheffield and more frequently, a large town centre regeneration scheme in Stroud.
Gavin has been involved with all aspects of development from multi-million-pound schemes to residential extensions and pub conversions.
With a wealth of experience behind him he has now decided that it is time to set up his own Architectural Company whilst still providing the level of service he is well known for.
